Does anybody know why on all the Ford trucks that I have ever owned, the air conditioner stops working when you press on the gas and bog the engine down? Service guy tells me the a/c is working just fine and it is when the truck is idling. If the truck is under-powered, why is it that on other cars and trucks that have small motors, is the a/c not stressed at all during acceleration.
